FHE at MOA

Last night we had Family Home Evening at Mall of America. Evan has been asking Rob and I for a week to go see Santa. So last night we went to Mall of America and visited Santa. This year Evan's Santa experience was much happier than last years trauma! Evan courageously sat on Santa's lap and asked for Molly the train for Christmas. Evan even got some chocolate from Santa. We went at 7:30pm and there was no line! I guess at peak times you can expect to wait for a few hours. Good planning on our part, even though we really didn't mean to plan it that way! Like usual, Lily slept through all the excitement.After visiting with Santa, Evan and I went on the race cars. As is tradition, we went on "Chick", the green car from Cars the movie. And of course we won! It was a fun family evening.
