Evan is quite funny with Lily. Everything she does is funny to him. Whether it be move her arms, open her eyes, or spit out her pacifier. He laughs at it all. Evan is always wanting to touch Lily's face, poke her eyes, her nose, etc. I try to get him to touch the back of her head or her ears but obviously this isn't as much fun for him.
Evan thinks Lily always needs her pacifier in her mouth and helps her with it, not so gently at times. One minute Evan can be so soft and loving with Lily, then the next minute he is squeezing Lily's hand or poking at her nose. I guess all the torture the first child puts the second child through is what makes the second child so tough (Rob and I are a bit biased since we are both the second child in our families!). Evan keeps telling me that Lily needs to eat so she will grow. Then she can be big and play trains. I think Evan will be more of a fan of Lily once she is more interactive. Until then Evan will enjoy that Lily can't poke him back!

Poor Lily! She looks terrified in this picture!
She is gorgeous! I'm so glad youve posted more pics!!

Your kids remind me so much of how Seth and Alice were at that age . . . the fixation with trains is even identical!
I can sooo identify with this. The new baby in the family is just another toy!
Poor Lily :) but I think it is true the 2nd is always tougher. She is such a doll!
I am finally caught up! All very cute stuff, except for Evan's poor thumb:( Good job, Robbie, for giving up your bowling title to take care of Evan.
And good job Mandy for braving it everyday. BTW, I can imagine that whole car headache for you, and am glad that you got even a little bit of money for something you don't need (tender mercy). The whole situation reminds us of why we're so excited to one day be in a house with land and parking room!
And good job Evan for playing quietly (even if it is on the table) when you wake up too early and Mom needs more sleep!
And good job, Lily for being so cute. I can't wait to snuggle (or 'nuggle' as Tay says) when you come next week!
