Happy 3 Month Birthday Lily! About every other day Evan asks me whose birthday it is. Well today I had an answer for him - It is Lily's 3 Month Birthday! Evan was so excited and said, "Lily is 3 just like me!!" I tried to explain 3-Months-Old verses 3-Years-Old to Evan, but I wasn't very successful. Since it was Lily's "birthday" Evan thought she should have a cake with candles for Evan to "help" blow out. Well we did without the cake and I just let Evan blow out one of my scented candles.
Fun things about Lily: (more for my record since I haven't started her baby book yet!)*Lily is sleeping 8-9 hours at night. She goes to sleep around 9 pm and wakes to feed at 5 or 6 am then goes back to sleep until 8am. She naps about 4 times a day for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
*Lily likes her pacifier when she is going to sleep but not at any other time.
*Lily still LOVES to suck on her hands! This has encouraged Evan to regress to an infant and he now enjoys sucking on two of his fingers. Hopefully it won't turn into a habit!
*Lily is rolling from her stomach to her back again.*Lily LOVES her baths now! This is amazing considering she use to scream during the entire bath. She laughs when I get her undressed and likes being naked. She will kick in the water and really seems to enjoy her bathtime!
*Lily isn't a fan of Evan's attempts to scare her whether he is acting as a lion or just talking really loud to her. She gets startled when Evan is really loud and starts to cry the saddest cry.
*Lily is very social. She smiles very easily even when hungry or tired.
*Her laugh is to die for!! She laughs especially when having her clothes changed or when her arms are touched. Lily also loves to coo back when we talk to her.*Lily is a puker! She spits up after every feeding and sometimes she spits up so much that she soaks the burp cloth, bib, her clothes, and my clothes. Needless to say, I am doing a lot of laundry! No wonder she is smaller than Evan at this age, she only keeps part of her feeding down!
*She still fits into most of her 0-3 month clothes but moving up to some of her 3-6 month clothes.*Lily's 3 Month Stats:

That's so great how much Lily sleeps at night!! We are very jealous. Lucy is still waking up several times throughout the night. What are your tricks??
This is getting me so excited! She's so cute and smiley - and, yes, the good sleeper in her gives me high hopes for us as well. Happy 3 months lil' Lily!
The last outfit looks very familiar. It looks very cute on Lily. I love the bowling footage. We'll have to take our kids soon and also arrange an adults only bowling night.
