With our move date just over a month away, I have a list of places I want to visit one last time before we move. One of those places is the Minnesota Zoo. This zoo doesn't have the typical zoo animals such as giraffes, lions, and elephants but they do have dolphins. The dolphins perform in a show and do tricks. It is like going to a mini Sea World. They actually have an entire portion of the zoo that is like a smaller version of an aquarium with sharks, starfish, seahorses, ect. In this picture if you look right above Evan's left hand in the water you can see a small shark.

The zoo also has a working farm that is a bit of a hike so I have never gone but decided since this was our last time we better check it out. I am so glad we did because we spent over an hour there and it was Evan's favorite part.
Nothing like sneezing in the roosters pen!

The cutest baby chicks
Evan LOVED this cow. He pet it for 5 minutes and was amazed at how big it was.
Lately Evan has talked a lot about camels so I was so glad that he could see some.
There is a partially indoor trail called the Minnesota Trail which is all animals that live here in Minnesota. We have never gone on this trail (this zoo is huge so we usually only go to two areas) so since this was our final hurrah we thought we better go all out and see it all. Evan loved the puma. He told me "that is puma from Diego". And here Evan is in the coyote den.
This is what Lily thought about the whole experience.

Ok, so I know I'm lame but where the heck are you guys moving?
I'm sad we never got to visit you while you lived there. You make Minnesota seem like a very cool place to visit...especially for 3-year-old boys!
There was a Jeopardy category a few weeks ago on "South American Animals" and I knew almost every single answer because of Diego. =)
I don't know where you guys are moving either (I am also lame) can you maybe post some details for those of us who are clueless? Thx
