There has been a "little" bit of excitement in the air at our house since the Red Sox became the American League Champions last night! We can't wait for the World Series against the Rockies to start on Wednesday. Those BoSox are fabulous! Here is a little flashback picture (or two) of Evan's first Red Sox game at Fenway Park in June of 2005.
Oh, how we wish we could be at Fenway watching the game in person instead of on TV. It is times like this that we miss being able to open our bathroom window and hear the crowd cheer and the Star Spangled Banner being sung. Though I don't miss being woken up at 1 am to a riot on my street and my car alarm going off. Only to come downstairs and see the car parked in front of mine on fire!! That was what happened when the Red Sox won the American League Championship in 2004. I like to think (and do believe) that those weren't true BoSox fans, just some college students looking for an excuse to cause some havoc! So here's to the Red Sox!!

I called it. 4 games and it was over.
Oh my gosh, Evan doesn't even look like Evan in those pictures!! So cute, though :)
